For live-event production & rental shops
Your shop runs on spreadsheets. Run the next job on OpsVue instead.
Build a quote with line items, the 60% deposit, and no Nevada sales tax — then watch that exact quote become the invoice when the PO# lands. No re-typing into Booqable, no re-typing into QuickBooks. Gear checked against the job’s dates, crew hours sitting next to what you quoted. Built by a live-event shop, for fab and rental shops.
No credit card. No charge today — billing isn’t even switched on yet.
Everything a job needs, in the order the money moves.
Quotes & Invoices
Line items, sub-descriptions, the 60% non-refundable deposit, no Nevada sales tax. The quote becomes the PO#-gated invoice — one record, never re-typed.
Gear & Inventory
Owned and sub-rented, serialized and bulk, checked against the job's date window — so a double-book flags before you promise it.
Crew & Clock
On-site, warehouse, and day rates with low-friction clock-in links. Hours sit next to what you quoted — catch the overrun mid-job, not Friday.
Book of Business
Every client account with lifetime value — know who's a real account before you discount the next bid.
Cashflow & Job Costing
Deposits in, costs out, margin per job — quoted-vs-actual across gear, labor, and sub-rental.
Routes & Run Sheets
Confirmed jobs become run sheets and routes the crew can follow — a change reaches the load-in instead of dying in a text thread.
One job, start to finish — nothing re-typed.
The quote you build in step 2 is the invoice in step 6. You enter the job once.
- 1Lead lands
- 2Quote sent
- 3Deposit received
- 4Confirmed
- 5Crew called
- 6Invoiced
The number that carries.
Flip between Quote and Invoice. The line items don’t move — you added a PO#, and the total carried over. That’s the whole idea: build it once.
Build the quote once. When the PO# lands, it becomes the invoice.
A real 30-day trial. No card, no tricks.
What you get for 30 days
Full access to every live module — Quotes & Invoices, Book of Business, Gear & Inventory, Crew & Clock, Confirmed Jobs, Routes, Cashflow, and Job Costing. A private workspace; your data is yours. No credit card — we don’t ask, because live billing isn’t switched on yet.
What happens at day 30
Your workspace hits a clean paywall. No surprise charge — there’s no card on file. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted; your quotes, gear, and client records stay exactly where you left them, visible and exportable. To keep going, you contact us and we continue your workspace; when paid plans turn on, pricing is shown up front.
OpsVue is a young product, moving deliberately from invite-only beta to open trials. Some pieces — Stripe billing, email-the-invoice — are still being built and are off until they’re right. We’d rather tell you than overpromise.
Built for shops that can’t afford a leak — of money or data.
- Money tracked to the cent — integer cents internally, never a float rounding error.
- Nothing sent without your per-action approval — no auto-email, Slack, or push.
- No live connectors by default — read-only if ever connected, staged writes only.
- Each workspace is walled off — no client PII or financials in logs.
- Destructive actions are gated, backed up, and require confirmation.
We’re a small team and treat your operational data like our own shop’s.
Questions, answered straight.
Is this just project management repainted?
No. OpsVue is built around quotes-with-deposits, gear on a date window, crew rates and clock-ins, and PO-based invoicing. A task board doesn't know what a load-in or a sub-rental is.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Live billing isn't switched on yet, so there's nothing to put on file. You start the 30-day trial and that's it.
What happens after 30 days?
Your workspace hits a clean paywall that stops new activity. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted; your quotes, gear, and client records stay exactly where you left them. To keep going you contact us and we continue your workspace; pricing is shown up front before you commit.
Will it email my clients or push quotes automatically?
No. Every send is approval-gated, per action. Email-the-invoice is a future feature and will also require your explicit yes. Nothing leaves your workspace on its own.
Does it handle sub-rented gear, not just what I own?
Yes. Owned and sub-rented, serialized and bulk, all checked against each job's date window — so a shortfall is something you plan for, not discover on the truck.
It's young — can I trust it with real jobs?
Straight answer: OpsVue grew out of a working Las Vegas fab shop. The core modules are live and in use; the unfinished pieces are marked honestly. The trial exists so you can judge it on your own jobs before any money changes hands.
