What we collect
The email and workspace name you provide at signup, the operational records you create in your workspace, and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Workspace isolation
Each workspace’s data is isolated from every other workspace, enforced at the database level. We don’t mix one customer’s clients, quotes, gear, or crew with another’s.
Abuse prevention
To prevent signup abuse we store only one-way hashed markers (not your raw email or IP) for rate-limiting. We never log your password.
No payment data yet
Online billing is off; we don’t collect or store any card or payment details.
We don’t sell your data
Your operational data is yours. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising. If your trial ends, your data is preserved, not deleted.
